Our philosophy is to provide an exceptional service that can not be faulted, we do this by providing hands on attention, from the Directors of the Company.  As the Directors are your Property Managers you can be re-assured you deal with the same Property Manager every time.  We are passionate about managing your investment/s and have a thorough understanding of your needs and your property’s requirements.  We recognise and perform the ongoing care that is required for your property and make this our first priority.  And how we do this is by specialising in Property Management only.

Appraising your vacant property

To allow us to become familiar with your property and to advise you of the current market rental value, we prefer to arrange a suitable time to conduct a property inspection. If convenient for the you to also attend this inspection, we can discuss and advise on ways to maximise the rental value and to achieve the optimum return on your investment during this initial inspection.
 
We also understand as a Landlord your time is valuable and you may not be able to be present for the initial inspection. We are more than happy to attend to the inspection and discuss outcomes by phone or email if keys are provided for access to the property.

Transferring your property with a current tenancy

Some landlords believe a property cannot be transferred to another management agency while a tenancy is in place…..Yes it can.

As soon as you contact Release Property Management and approve authorisation for us to manage your property, we will arrange everything for you.

There are no fees or charges to change agents and all the transfer of documentation is handled for you.

We approach the tenants with care and respect and advise them on all procedures for the transfer. We arrange a time to meet and greet the tenant/s to re-assure them of our policies, procedures, transfer of rent payments and also to become familiar with your property. We conduct any overdue routine inspection and advise you of the current condition of your property. We review lease agreements, possible rent increase that may be warranted and discuss the current status of your property with you.  We also advise on the what we can do to maximise your rental return.
 
The transition is smooth and easy and we believe you will notice the change for the better immediately.

Landlord Insurance

We recommend and highly encourage you to take out Landlord Insurance cover on your property.  This should be arranged prior to inspections commencing.  Your current insurer may be able to assist you in this area or click on the below links to see information on companies that specilise in Landlord insurance.
