Renee Reynolds - Director and Licenced Real Estate Agent

Director, Licensed Estate Agent and REIV Executive Committee Member, Renee Reynolds has managed an exceptional number of properties throughout the years, covering Melbourne, Geelong and the Surfcoast area.

After commencing her Real Estate career in Geelong and only weeks later purchasing her first investment property in Melbourne, Renee soon realised that this was her niche and passion.

Throughout her Real Estate career, Renee graduated from managing small portfolios, to large portfolios, managing property management staff, training staff, and developing new offices.

Renee’s dynamic business style and relationship skills have made her a well-respected and sought after property professional. Through Release Property Management, Renee has created an exceptionally high level of service in property management, and is committed to providing superior knowledge across all areas of Residential, Retail, Commercial and Industrial Management throughout Geelong, the Surfcoast area and inner Melbourne.

Recently Renee was presented with the award for 2011 REIV Property Manager of the Year for the Geelong region.

Dawn Brown - Senior Property Manager

Dawn first started working in Property Management in Mooroolbark, in the outer suburbs of Melbourne with a large franchise agency. As part of a large team, managing over 1000 properties, Dawn developed her skills in Property Management as she drew upon the abundance of experience within the office and attended numerous training courses to further her knowledge of Property Management. Dawn believes training is an essential element for excellence in Property Management. After returning to Geelong in December 2009, Dawn managed a small permanent and holiday rental portfolio along the Bellarine coast and has since joined the expansive team at Release Property Management.

It is not always easy to find a Property Manager that you feel you can trust to look after your rental property. “I have high expectations of both myself and the team here at Release to ensure that communication with clients is prompt and honest. This all helps to develop and maintain a professional relationship with both owners and tenants. I have firm beliefs that as Property Managers, we should pay attention to detail, do what we say we're going to do, and then follow through thoroughly.”

Dawn firmly believes that when working in Property Management you really do need to be able to communicate with a variety of different personalities and know how and when to be diplomatic. It is Dawn's “Can do" attitude that sees her managing the largest portfolio within this office.

Stephanie Clonan - Property Manager

Stephanie commenced her career with Consumer Affairs Victoria, where she developed a strong passion for property in dealing with both Tenants and Landlords and becoming very familiar with the Residential Tenancies Act. 

Deciding to further her education, Stephanie completed a course in property which enabled her to secure an administration role with Release Property Management in 2007.

Throughout her time at Release, Stephanie has been given the opportunity to progress her learning to all aspects of the business and now services her own clients in her current role as Property Manager.

Stephanie is determined to ensure everyone involved in her real estate transactions walks away satisfied and gains great fulfilment from seeing the delight that exceptional service brings to her clients.

Tiffany Andrew - Property Manager

Tiffany is the most recent addition to the team here at Release Property Management, yet already forms an integral part of the team. With five years of property management experience, Tiffany is very client focused and is sincerely committed to going the extra mile.

Tiffany’s aim is to provide quality service and advice to our Landlords and Tenants through her friendly and approachable nature. Tiffany’s main focus is to ensure that each investment property is being efficiently managed – this includes all facets of leasing, inspections, rent arrears and maintenance.

Tiffany’s exceptional organisational skill ensure that this is achieved quickly and efficiently.

Charlotte Kuebler - Leasing Agent

Charlotte started her real estate career two years ago in Melbourne (South Yarra/Prahran) where she completed a Certificate III in Real Estate (Property Management) whilst undertaking the role of Receptionist / Assistant Property Manager.

Moving back to her hometown of Barwon Heads for a lifestyle change, and to further her career as a leasing agent in Geelong, Charlotte adopted the role of Leasing Agent – a role that Charlotte excels in as she enjoys meeting and interacting with new people, and matching the right tenant to the right home. 

At present Charlotte is undertaking studies to attain her full Real Estate Licence.

Charlotte was recently awarded the 2011 REIV Victorian Corporate Support Person of the Year award, and was a finalist for the 2011 REIV Victorian Achievement Award.

Amanda Gubic - Trust Account Manager

Amanda’s real estate career began in St Kilda in 2007. Excitedly taking on the role of Receptionist, Amanda commenced her induction into the world of property. It was here that Amanda developed her passion for Trust Accounting, and has actively pursued this career goal ever since.

Now working as Trust Account Manager at Release Property Management, Amanda gains great satisfaction from assisting Landlords and Tenants to achieve their needs, on a daily basis.

Recently Amanda was presented with the prestigious 2011 REIV Administrative Person of the Year award for the Geelong region.

Allison Kerr - Marketing / Assistant Property Manager

Allison’s background lies predominantly in Marketing and Hospitality. Seeking a career change, Allison undertook studies to complete an Agents Representative course and soon after found herself joining the team at Release Property Management.

Since her arrival, Allison has established herself as a Marketing / Assistant Property Manager, undertaking all advertising responsibilities, as well as a variety of leasing and management duties. Allison enjoys the creativity of this role, presenting her clients property assets in a highly marketable fashion to attract and retain quality Tenants.

Leanne Riddett - Reception / Administration

Leanne has worked in Property Management / Sales Administration for two years, and as a Landlord herself, she knows how important your investment is to you.

With certificate III in Business Administration and as a Licensed Agents Representative, Leanne looks forward to greeting you and assisting you with all your property needs.
