Dawn Brown - Senior Property ManagerDawn first started working in Property Management in Mooroolbark, in the outer suburbs of Melbourne with a large franchise agency. As part of a large team, managing over 1000 properties, Dawn developed her skills in Property Management as she drew upon the abundance of experience within the office and attended numerous training courses to further her knowledge of Property Management. Dawn believes training is an essential element for excellence in Property Management. After returning to Geelong in December 2009, Dawn managed a small permanent and holiday rental portfolio along the Bellarine coast and has since joined the expansive team at Release Property Management. It is not always easy to find a Property Manager that you feel you can trust to look after your rental property. “I have high expectations of both myself and the team here at Release to ensure that communication with clients is prompt and honest. This all helps to develop and maintain a professional relationship with both owners and tenants. I have firm beliefs that as Property Managers, we should pay attention to detail, do what we say we're going to do, and then follow through thoroughly.” Dawn firmly believes that when working in Property Management you really do need to be able to communicate with a variety of different personalities and know how and when to be diplomatic. Stephanie Clonan - Property ManagerStephanie commenced her career with Consumer Affairs Victoria, where she developed a strong passion for property in dealing with both Tenants and Landlords and becoming very familiar with the Residential Tenancies Act. Deciding to further her education, Stephanie completed a course in property which enabled her to secure an administration role with Release Property Management in 2007. Throughout her time at Release, Stephanie has been given the opportunity to progress her learning to all aspects of the business and now services her own clients in her current role as Property Manager. Stephanie is determined to ensure everyone involved in her real estate transactions walks away satisfied and gains great fulfilment from seeing the delight that exceptional service brings to her clients. |

Charlotte Kuebler - Leasing AgentCharlotte started her real estate career two years ago in Melbourne (South Yarra/Prahran) where she completed a Certificate III in Real Estate (Property Management) whilst undertaking the role of Receptionist / Assistant Property Manager. Moving back to her hometown of Barwon Heads for a lifestyle change, and to further her career as a leasing agent in Geelong, Charlotte adopted the role of Leasing Agent – a role that Charlotte excels in as she enjoys meeting and interacting with new people, and matching the right tenant to the right home. At present Charlotte is undertaking studies to attain her full Real Estate Licence.
